Arrival & Welcome

Arrival of participants in Cracow and transfer to BUKOVINA Resort.

  • 15:00 Hotel check-in and bike preparation
  • 18:00 Welcome dinner in Góralska Tradycja Restaurant
    Krupówki 29, 34-500 Zakopane
    Introduction, race briefing, distribution of race numbers, meeting with the mentor.
  • 21:00 Return to the hotel

This is the day to settle in, meet the team, and get into the right mindset before the race.

Race Day

Early breakfast at the hotel or lunchbox pickup (waiting for hotel confirmation of the exact time).

  • 07:00 Gathering in starting sectors
  • 07:30 Tour de Pologne Amateur Race start
  • 11:30 Route closure & winners’ ceremony

After the race:

  • Medal engraving opportunity
    A memory to take home - add your name, your time, or a short message to make it truly yours.
  • Group photo
  • Recovery meal

Afternoon & evening:

  • Free time at the hotel - SPA & relaxation recommended!
  • 17:00-20:00 Dinner at the hotel

A big day full of emotions, effort, and unforgettable moments.
