I voluntarily consent to the recording of my image (in the form of photographs and video recordings) during the above-mentioned event and to the publication, distribution, and use of such recorded image by CTP Invest Poland Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (ul. Chmielna 69, 00-801 Warsaw), KRS No. 0000284324, email: infoPL@ctp.eu (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), as well as by individual companies within the Controller’s capital group (hereinafter referred to as the “Special Purpose Companies” – the list of such companies is available at: http.eu/pl/polish-gdpr/), in materials related to the above-mentioned event, including in particular:
- promotional, marketing, and informational materials of the Controller, including printed and electronic publications;
- the Controller’s websites and social media channels (including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok);
- multimedia presentations, reports, and the Controller’s internal communications;
- photo and video coverage of the event published through any communication channels of the Controller or in newsletters.
This consent is granted voluntarily and free of charge. I acknowledge that I have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by submitting a written statement to the Controller at its registered office address or by email to: infoPL@ctp.eu. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of any processing or use of my image carried out prior to such withdrawal.
This consent is granted for the period necessary to achieve the marketing purposes described above or until such consent is withdrawn.
